Public Declaration and Challenge

Here it is...our household is giving up sugar for a month - starting today March 6th. This means sugary sweets (chocolate, ice cream, cookies, etc.), not everything with sugar in it - that would be near impossible I think! Anyone care to join??

I've been doing that for the past five years of my life... I guess a month is good for the common person.

That is what I did with the boys well mainly Cam. I cut is out for me and one I lost lots of weight and two I feel so much better. There is still to ice cream and cookies here and there but not much at all. When we do eat it now it makes us fell blah.

I'm out. I just discovered the choc/hazelnut milkshake at Burgerville. Mmmm!

I just gave up caffeine. Sugar is all I have left!
Oh, and I tried something like that before and ended up giving in at a party and eating a plate of brownies.
I think you can do it though! Be strong!
